About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive and social development.
- Foster a positive and nurturing classroom environment for toddlers.
- Observe and assess children's progress and development regularly.
- Communicate effectively with parents about their child's growth and learning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom space.
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to enhance the educational experience.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
- Encourage play-based learning and hands-on activities to stimulate curiosity.
Requirements:
- High School diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
- Experience working with toddlers in a childcare or educational setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Passion for early childhood education and child development.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude.
- Background check and references required.
